Clinical Therapy Retreats

Clinical Therapy Retreats are intensive, trauma-informed healing experiences designed as adjuncts to ongoing therapy. These retreats center nervous-system regulation, safety, and deep therapeutic work, often within a group setting. Modalities may include Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), somatic practices, integration circles, and guided reflection. Participants engage in focused, immersive healing supported by licensed clinical care. These retreats offer space for profound transformation while maintaining ethical and therapeutic structure.

Spiritual Retreats

Spiritual Retreats are non-clinical gatherings open to the community, centered on rest, reflection, and reconnection. These retreats may include ceremony, mindfulness, ancestral practices, nature immersion, and community rituals. They are not therapy or medical treatment, but sacred spaces for slowing down and remembering what nourishes the soul. Each retreat invites participants into presence, intention, and collective healing beyond the clinical frame.

Healers Retreats

Healers Retreats are designed for licensed clinicians and non-licensed healers seeking restoration, integration, and shared wisdom. These non-clinical retreats focus on rest, nervous-system care, and the weaving together of spiritual and professional identities. Through community circles, reflection, and embodied practices, participants are invited to reconnect with their purpose while learning from one another. These retreats honor the healer as a whole being.
