Ongoing 50-minute therapy sessions tailored to your unique journey. We’ll use a combination of evidence-based and holistic approaches to support your healing and growth. This rate is for private pay clients.

I accept select insurance and EAPs through Alma. If I'm not in-network, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for details.

Our first full session together (typically 60 minutes) where we explore your history, current challenges, and goals for therapy. This sets the foundation for our work together. This rate is for private pay clients.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients experiencing financial hardship.
