Integrative Community Circles

Integrative Community Circles offer healing and connection in a group setting, rooted in collective wisdom and nervous-system safety. Some circles are clinical therapy groups, while others are non-clinical healing spaces; this distinction will always be clearly stated in event flyers. Non-therapy circles invite participants into community practices such as breathwork, journaling, meditation, gentle movement, ritual, and ancestral healing traditions, with required non-therapy disclaimers. Therapy groups focus on structured, trauma-informed support within a licensed clinical framework. Whether clinical or non-clinical, each circle centers belonging, shared humanity, and healing in community.
